Your Baby - Week Fifteen

The head of your baby is getting smaller compared to the rest of the body.  The body begins to elongate as the bones of the spine, shoulders and ribcage begin to connect together and harden.  Your baby's legs are growing quickly, more so than the arms and torso of the fetus.  With continued muscle growth comes greater movement of your baby.  You will not feel this yet, but an ultrasound will show this amazing rolling and turning.

This month will show more changes in your breasts.  You may find your nipples darker, with your veins becoming more prominent.  You are probably wearing maternity clothes and feeling fuller.  Excitement continues to grow as you dream about your baby and what he or she looks like.
