are expecting again. In early pregnancy, a woman experiences high levels
of progesterone, which she may recognize from earlier babies. If you are
newly pregnant, there are a few signs you may be noticing that can suggest you
are expecting.

Your first indication of pregnancy may be a missed period.
In early pregnancy, you may find smells bothersome. Foods,
perfumes and other odors may cause queasiness.
Frequent urination may be a sign of early pregnancy.
Progesterone can cause tiredness in pregnant women.
Your tastes may change during pregnancy. In addition to unusual
cravings, an expectant mother may find certain foods distasteful.
Changes in your breasts, including soreness. They may appear
fuller with more prominent veins. The areola may appear darker.
Constipation.
During early pregnancy, you may feel bloated.
Flatulence.
Weight gain.
Some women find they gag when brushing teeth during early pregnancy.
You may experience implantation bleeding, or a light bloody show when
the egg attaches to the uterus.
You may experience headaches due to changes in circulation and hormone
levels.
Dizziness or fainting.
Heartburn.
Higher basal body temperature, or your oral temperature first thing in
the morning. If you have been tracking your basal temperature with a
special basal thermometer, you will see your temperature spike after
ovulation. If it continues to be higher than normal, you may be
pregnant.
